One of the factors which heavily influences labor productivity is workers\u0027 health. Health of workers are highly influenced by the form and substance of labor in which they engage. With progress of techniques of inductrial production the form of labor changes inevitably. Accordingly problems of health changes with passage of the times. The problem of health now solidly stands in the case of agriculture, though to a lesser degree when compared with the case of 2nd industry. In our country since 1961 in the current of modernizing of agriculture, labor factor which is required of workers in agriculture, especially the factor of physical as well as mental health looms large in our concerns. In this paper with this aspect of health problem in mind the present writer deals with the problems that follow. 1. Definition of modern agriculture 2. Contents of modernized agriculture 3.
