"脳神経外科手術後、筋力低下や麻痺、高次脳機能障害により患者のセルフケア能力が低下することがある。患者満足度の向上のため当病棟では、患者や家族、看護師、リハビリセラピストと一緒にセルフケア獲得に向けて患者目標と看護計画を立案する患者参加型看護の取り組みを開始した。今回、患者と家族と一緒に取り組みを実施したことで、リハビリテーションを積極的に取り組み退院した事例を経験した。なぜ患者参加型看護の取り組みがリハビリテーションを促進したのかについて患者や家族へのインタビューや看護記録から振り返り、リハビリテーションを阻害する因子を用いて分析した。その結果、リハビリテーションを促進させた理由として、患者参加型看護の取り組みがリハビリテーションを阻害する要因である「家族の障害に対する認識不足」、「社会・家庭での役割低下」、「家族支援体制の欠如」に対し効果的な介入がなされたためと考える。",
