| 内容記述 | 本研究では、ラオスにおいて効果的な学校保健活動を企画、実践していくために、学童や教師のライフスタイル、健康習慣およびソーシャルサポートの変化を簡易に把握するための質問紙を開発した。2010年に、開発した質問紙を用いて、ラオス国立大学教育学部および附属学校に勤務する190名の教職員を対象として調査を行なった。調査の結果から、食習慣に関しては、魚、よりも肉、肉よりも野菜を頻繁に摂取しており、果物やデザートは、男性よりも女性の摂取頻度が高いことが明らかになった。半数近くの教職員が朝食を毎日摂取していないことから、朝食の摂取を推奨する活動の必要性が示唆された。また、ラオス国立大学では、禁煙対策が進められているにも関わらず、20%の男性が喫煙していることから、学内での全面禁煙の取り組みを徹底させる必要が示唆された。また、都市部では、お寺への参拝や喜捨などの宗教的行事への参加が希薄化している傾向が伺えた。今後は、学童を対象とした調査や、農村部での調査を行い、学童のライフスタイル、健康習慣および、ソーシャルサポートの現状、地域格差についても把握していく必要がある。 / The objective of the study was to shed light on changes in lifestyle, health habits, social supports for teachers who work in faculty of education, National University of Laos in Laos People's Democratic Republic (Lao PDR). We developed our original questionnaire of lifestyle, health habits and social support. One hundred and ninety teachers and staffs in National University and it’s attachment school of Laos participated in our 2010 survey. Our results showed that in food intake, the participants eat most frequently vegetables, and meat rather than fish. The female percentage of intake of fruits and dessert was higher than male’s. Furthermore approximately 50 percent participants skipped breakfast. Regardless of anti-smoking introductions in National University of Laos have been developing, twenty percent of males have a smoking habit. In urban areas, the participants tended to decrease opportunities of taking part in religious activities such as offering prayers and giving their charity to temple. In conclusions, it is necessary for promoting physical and mental health to (l) have a breakfast regularly, (2) make a ban on smoking in university. (3) take part in religious rite as much as possible. We make plans to in-detailed survey, focusing on the lifestyle, health habits and social support for (1) primary to high school students and (2) people live a life in rural areas. Further study is to clarify the regional difference in education and social capital. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
