| 内容記述 | 本研究では，大学生スポーツ競技者の痩身願望に至るプロセスについて完全主義に焦点を当て調査を行った。スポーツ競技者の不適応的な完全主義がスポーツ競技者の高い自尊感情を低減させることで体型のデメリット感を感じさせるという仮説について検討することを目的とした。大学生・大学院生224 名を一般群，準アスリート群，アスリート群に分けて群ごとの比較をした。その結果，スポーツ競技水準で異なる痩身願望に至るプロセスが示された。スポーツとの関わり方の違いによって異なる介入をすることが有効であり，特にアスリートは競技者自身が自分で完全主義との折り合いをつけ，コントロールすることができるようになることを目指した介入が必要であると示唆された。 | |||||||||
