"attribute_value_mlt": [{"subitem_description": "要旨：本研究は、病院における看護師の情動知能と看護基礎教育課程との関連を明らかにし、今後の患者への質の高い看護実践や、よりよい看護基礎教育をするための一助とすることを目的とした。看護師 736 名に、豊田らが開発した日本版情緒的スキルとコンピテンス質問紙（ESCQ）を用いて調査し、467 通を分析対象とした。分析の結果、看護基礎教育課程別で全体の得点について有意差が見られ、3 年制短期大学が 4 年制大学や 3 年看護専門学校よりも有意に高かった。下位尺度別では、「情緒の表現と命名」について 3 年制短期大学が 4 年制大学や 3 年制看護専門学校よりも有意に高く、「情緒の制御と調整」についても 3 年制短期大学が 4 年制大学よりも有意に高かった。このことから、3 年制短期大学卒業の看護師は、長年、同僚やコ・メディカルとともに働きながら、自分自身で看護ケアのフィードバックを行い、自己の思考や感情を表現、コントロールしながら看護を実施してきたことで、情動知能が高まったのではないかと考えられた。", "subitem_description_type": "Abstract"}]}, "item_6_description_30":
