"A病院は急性期病院であり、療養・リハビリテーション目的での転院は数多く実施している。しかし、これらの転院ではドクターカーやドクターヘリを使用しており民間航空機を使用しての転院は数少ない現状がある。\u003cbr/\u003e本症例では、高流量酸素療法をしている呼吸器疾患患者を民間航空機にて、県外の約1000km先のB市への転院搬送を実施した。民間航空機での搬送は、医療機器や人材が限られた環境であり、状態悪化時には適切な医療を行うことが困難である。そこで、気圧の変化から起こる合併症や呼吸状態の変化を予測し、医師・看護師・理学療法士と本人・家族で話し合いを進めながら、移動方法の練習を行い、酸素ボンべなど必要物品の準備を行った。また、転院先の病院や航空会社・酸素会社とも連携を図ることで、詳細な情報共有や移動行程の確認ができ、約1000km先の病院まで安心・安全な転院を行うことができた。",
