Thirty-eight first-year junior high school students made their own digital portfolios that reported their activities (wood working activities in Contents A: \"Technology and Manufacturing\") using HTML. The results of the implementation were as follows: (1) Making digital portfolios promoted students\u0027 self-awareness of skill-acquisitions, troubleshooting and project managements in technological activities. (2) Students\u0027 abilities of \"judgment of information, \" \"creation of information\" and \"ethics of information\" were developed in the processes of making digital portfolios. (3) Students\u0027 self-monitoring of technological activities in the process of making digital portfolios promoted students to make other digital portfolios concomitantly.
