"attribute_value_mlt": [{"subitem_description": "目的：発達障害児（疑い含む）をもつ父親に見合った支援を検討するため、父親と母親の育児の実情や意識等の共通点・相違点を明らかにすること。\n方法：長野県内で未就学児（0 ～ 5 歳）を対象に療育を行う療育施設（39 施設）を利用する児の父親と母親合せて470 名を対象に自記式調査紙郵送法で調査を行った。調査内容は、基本属性と「発達障害児の育児の意識と抱える問題に関する16 項目」（小項目：意識3 項目、ストレス8 項目、不安5 項目）、「発達障害児の理解と対応に関する28 項目」（小項目：発達障害児（疑い含む）の理解と心がけ8項目、発達障害児（疑い含む）の特性・特徴に関する認識13 項目、発達障害児（疑い含む）の特性・特徴への対応方法7 項目）について調査した。\n結果： 186 名（39.6％）より回答があり、うち父親78 名・母親88 名 計166 名（39.6％）を分析対象とした。父親と母親を比較した結果、「発達障害児（疑い含む）の育児の意識と抱える問題」に関する項目では、意識に関する2 項目、ストレスに関する4 項目、不安に関する3 項目で有意差がみられ、どれも父親群が有意に低かった。「発達障害児（疑い含む）の理解と対応」の項目では7 項目、「発達障害児（疑い含む）の特徴への対応方法」の項目では2 項目で有意差がみられ、どの項目も父親群が有意に低かった。\n考察：父親の育児状況は、母親同様に発達障害児（疑い含む）を理解しようと努力しているが、労働状況など社会的背景において、日常における子どもの成長や発達障害の理解が困難であることが示唆された。また、療育のスキルが十分に得られない状況にあることが予想された。このような状況を改善することは、母親や家族全体の支援にもつながるため、社会全体の体制整備に加え、父親のライフスタイルや特性に合わせた取り組みが急務である。",
