| 内容記述 | 強迫症状と関連の深い意志決定の困難さを,強迫症状に限定されないパーソナリティ特性として測定する不決断傾向尺度(Frost & Shows, 1993)の日本語版を作成し,その信頼性と妥当性を検討した｡非臨床群を対象とした質問紙調査の結果,以下のことが明らかになった｡ (1)不決断傾向は1因子構造であり,十分な内的整合性を示した｡ (2)不決断傾向は,強迫症状と正の相関を示した｡ (3)不決断傾向は,責任の認知および完全主義(ミスを恐れる傾向)との正の関連を示した。 (4)不決断傾向は,一般的なパーソナリティ傾向(ビッグファイブ),および,責任の認知と完全主義で説明出来ない強迫症状の分散を説明していた(増分妥当性)。 (5)否定的な思考の暴走を防ぐ認知的なスキル(認知的統制尺度の｢破局的思考の緩和｣)は,不決断傾向を低減できる可能性が示唆された｡以上の知見から,日本語版不決断傾向尺度の一定の信頼性と妥当性が確認された。 | |||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The psychometric properties of the Frost lndecisiveness Scale (Frost & Shows, 1993) were examined among the Japanese college students. Indecisiveness Scale was translated into Japanese and the questionnaire data revealed the following psychometric properties : (1) unifactorial structure with sound internal consistency, (2) positive correlation with obsessive-compulsive symptoms, (3) positive relation with the inflated responsibility belief and perfectionism (especially, concern over mistakes), (4) incremental validity over the Big Five personality traits or responsibility and perfectionism in the prediction of obsessive-compulsive symptoms, (5) negative correlation with the self-report mindfulness skills (refraining from catastrophic thinking), suggesting the ways to reduce indecisiveness. Taken together, these results supported the utility of the Japanese version of Frost Indecisiveness Scale in the study of obsessive compulsive phenomena. | |||||||||||
