| 内容記述 | A functional and morphonological differences between electrocardiogram with strain-pattern and without strain-pattern in cerebral vascular disease patients. We studied the factors of left ventricular hypertropby with a strain-pattern on electrocardiogram. The patients were divided into 2 groups; group A: left ventricular hypertrophy with strain-pattern (17patients), group B: left ventricular hypertrophy without strain-pattern (11patients). We examined the following studies for all patients; 2 dimensional echocardiography (2DE), pulsed doppler echocardiography (PD). A magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) study of the left ventriculus were done for 6 patients. The patients of group A had significant thickness at ventricular septum in 2DE, and lower amplitude of R wave and lower deceleration rate in PD than other group and 20 normal control groups. A strain-pattern on electrocargiogram improved in 3 patients and showed no remakable change in 14 patients, after normalization of the blood pressure. Those results suggest that a left ventricular hypertrophy was a factor of causes of strain-pattern on electrocargiogram. | |||||||||||||||||
