[{"subitem_description": "要旨：地域保健法の中で難病患者への支援がうたわれている。中でもALS（筋萎縮性側索硬化症）は、難治性、進行性であり、患者や家族にとって療養上の心理的、経済的な負担は大きく、医療処置や各種福祉制度が的確な時期に導入されることが必要である。そこで、佐久地域のALS 在宅患者の療養状況を明らかにして支援の課題を検討することを目的として、平成19年度と平成26年度に実施したALS患者の療養状況調査の結果を比較した。その結果、ALS患者の在宅療養支援が進んできていることが推測できた。今後は、ケアマネや市町村、医療機関等の支援者と連携することで、地域の支援状況や患者がおかれた環境を把握し、在宅ALS患者の療養生活をサポートする地域の力がさらに向上するための取組が必要と考える。",
