"透析には血液透析と腹膜透析の2種類があり，腹膜透析は自宅で透析を行えるメリットがある。しかし，自宅で行う治療の為，患者は透析手順や機械操作などを獲得する事が課題となる。A病棟では，患者指導にパンフレットを用いている。今回，自動腹膜透析導入を希望した患者で，手技獲得が困難な事例があった。そこで，患者が理解しやすい写真付きパンフレットを作成し指導に活用したところ，患者の理解度が上がり手技獲得に効果が見られた。さらに，そのパンフレットは看護師の指導の質向上にも役立つことに繋がった。",
