"人工股関節置換術（以下THA）の合併症の一つに脱臼がある。昨年の当病棟の研究で脱臼予防に対するDVDを作成し，動画から情報を得ることで理解を深められるということが分かった。しかし右足用のDVDLかないため患肢が逆の患者は理解しにくいや，退院後の日常生活動作についての動画が見たいとの意見があり，改善点が明らかとなった。そこでDVDを改訂しその評価を目的として，入院患者を対象に日常生活動作10項目に関する聞き取り調査を行った。その結果，日常生活動作10項目に関する調査の正解率は90％近くと高かった。しかし年齢が高齢になるほど正解率が低下し，退院後に行う日常生活動作については正解率が低いことがわかった。よってどの年代でも理解出来るようナレーションの見直しを行い，患者の時期に合わせたDVDを作成することにより，より患者の理解を深めていく必要がある。",
