"NICU・GCUでは入院している患児とその両親に対して，退院後自信を持って育児ができるように，育児環境の調整や精神的な関わりが必要になってくる場面が多くある。今回，出生後に児がプラダーウィリー症候群と診断され，退院を迎えるまでの過程で，他職種間との連携を図り，両親の児の疾患の受け入れや愛着などの気持ちの変化を感じ，退院を迎えるまで，両親の気持ちに寄り添いながら，児の状態に合わせた育児手技を確立するための看護を行ってきた。今回の関わりを通して，早期から他職種間と連携を図ることで，患児の状態，両親の思いを共有することができ，育児環境の調整につなげることができ，それが，退院後育児を行っていけるという両親の自信にもつながっていくと考えられた。",
