"ビデオによる教育は,複数の指導者による指導,業務と併行して行われる指導に比べ,系統立てた指導,看護方法の統一を図ることに有効であると考えた。そこで,人工股関節全置換術(以下THA)の看護についてビデオを作成し,当病棟のスタッフ(14名)に視聴後の評価をアンケート調査した。ビデオは,繰り返し自己学習することができ,看護の流れをイメージしてケアに臨めるので患者に与える不安が少なくなる。また,指導者側の負担が軽減する。自作ビデオは,その病棟独自の看護を学ぶことができ,作成者側も看護を振り返ることで学習効果が得られる。教育効果を上げるためには,4,5月の早期に視聴し,指導者が一緒にビデオを観ながら内容を補足する。そして新しい看護が導入されるたびビデオを再編していく必要がある。今後,ビデオ作成の技術を高め,教育方法の一つとしてビデオを活用していきたい。",
