[{"subitem_description": "アミロイドーシスは線維構造をもつ特異な蛋白であるアミロイド線維を主とするアミロイド物質が,全身諸臓器の細胞外に沈着することによって機能障害を引き起こす一連の疾患群である。家族性アミロイドーシスは家族性アミロイドポリニューロパチー(familial amyloid polyneuropathy: FAP)I型に代表され,特有の感覚障害,運動障害及び自律神経障害を呈するものであり,そのアミロイド蛋白は97％が肝臓で生成される。そこで,近年FAP患者に対して,肝臓移植が行なわれるようになった。FAP患者の場合,その症状は多岐に渡り,手術後も残る症状もある。そのため,他の疾患で肝臓移植手術を受けた患者より入院期間も長期となり,心身両面の看護の必要性が高い。しかし,今までは自律神経障害に由来する身体症状に対しての看護が中心であった。今後は患者が看護婦に何を期待しているかを理解した上で,医師とは異なる立場で生活者としての患者を支援していくことが望まれる。",
