"日頃より外来看護婦として,患者の安全と安楽を基本に看護・医療サービスを提供できるよう努力している。しかし限られた時間の中で多様なニーズに答えていかなくてはいけない外来において様々な問題が生じている。これらの実態を明らかにし問題を共有する土壌を育てると共に,再発防止のための認識を高め対策を考える必要がある。今回1998年4月から1998年10月までに提出されたアクシデント・インシデントレポート63件について,分析・検討し外来のアクシデント・インシデントの再発防止の為の課題を明らかにした。その結果以下のことが分かった。1. 医師をはじめ,事務・検査部門など他部門とのコミュニケーションを十分にとる必要がある。2. 受付での患者家族などのトラブルを防ぐ為に,日頃より接遇に注意する。3. 重症化・高齢化する患者には,設備面を含めた安全面に十分な配慮が必要である。4. 検査を安全にスムーズに実施する為の方策を検討する必要がある。5. 外来・病棟看護婦間の声がけや連携が更に必要である。6.
