"当院では1994年から4年間に品胎5症例を経験した。そのうちの1例は育児不安に陥り,積極的な育児ができなくなった。胎児の育児は単胎児に比較すると,労力,経済面にわたりすべてが3倍以上必要であり両親の負担は身体的,精神的に大きく,育児不安に陥りやすいと推測される。今回我々はその5例に聞き取り調査とアンケート調査を行い,育児の実状を明らかにし,品胎妊娠の育児確立のための関わりについて検討し以下のことを得た。1.育児の実状について情報提供し,育児のイメージ作りができ,主体的に育児準備できるよう援助する。2.妊娠中からの夫,家族への育児参加必要性の指導。3.プライマリーナースの積極的かかわりにより,母親を理解し,精神的支えとなる。4.早期からの母児の接触をはかり,母児愛着形成を促す。5.医療施設間の連携により必要な情報交換と継続した援助を行う。これらのことをふまえ,これからの品胎妊娠の育児確立のための関わりを充実させていきたいと考える。",
