内容記述 | L体およびD体のフェニルアラニンのN端に種々有機酸を導入した誘導体,およびC端にアルコールおよびアミンを導入した誘導体を合成した。合成した全サンプルについて,中間生成物を含めて呈味試験を行なったが,目的とする甘味あるいは塩から味は得られず,苦味あるいは酸味のものがほとんどだった。 さらにその一部について,ラットを用いた経口投与での血糖値抑制効果を測定したが,Perilloyl-Phe-OMe, Z-Val-Gly-OH及びBoc-Phe-D-Glucosamineのいずれからも,むしろ,血糖値を増加させる結果が得られた。 | |||||
