"高山帯において荒廃した植生の状態を詳細に把握するため，航空写真画像や衛星写真画像を利用することが有効である。本研究では，これまで植生復元事業が行われている木曽駒ヶ岳周辺を対象地とし，高山植生の種類や分布パターンを明らかにするために，現地植生の状態と高解像度デジタルエリアセンサ（UCD）で得られた画像との関係を調査した。調査地域で広範囲に分布するハイマツを主に検出し，その周辺植物とハイマツと同じ木本で隣接することが多いガンコウランを検出した。画像解析の結果，NDVI
