erinaceum)6系統(国内産4，台湾産1，中国産1)を供試し，ヤマブシタケ子実体の収穫所要日数および収量ならびに子実体抽出エキスのHeLa細胞に対する細胞毒性活性を調べた。すなわち，栽培培地基材であるコーンコブミール含有量の違いや栄養剤添加が，子実体の収穫所要日数および収量に及ぼす影響ならびに各系統の子実体抽出エキスのHeLa細胞に対する細胞毒性活性に及ぼす影響を調べた。その結果，実験に用いたヤマブシタケ6系統の子実体抽出エキスともHeLa細胞に対する細胞毒性活性がみられた。子実体の収穫所要日数が少なく，子実体の収量の多い系統はY5とY6，子実体エキスのHeLa細胞に対する細胞毒性活性の強い系統はY1とY2であった。栽培培地基材であるコーンコブミールを添加すると子実体の収穫所要日数は短かくなり，子実体の収量は少なかったが，コーンコブミール添加によって子実体抽出エキスのHeLa細胞に対する細胞毒性活性は高まった。栄養剤(フスマ)添加によって，子実体の収量は少なくなったが，子実体抽出エキスのHeLa細胞に対する細胞毒性活性は高くなった。これらのことから，ヤマブシタケの系統は台湾産および中国産より国内産のY1～3系統のものを使用し，栽培培地基材としてはコーンコブミールを，栄養剤としてはフスマをそれぞれ添加して栽培すれば，HeLa細胞に対する細胞毒性活性の強い子実体を生産出来ることが判明した。",
