This starter is very small type, all automatic controller, and its starting characteristic curve is very smooth by thermal action of itself. In the designe of starter, temperature, electric resistance, current, voltage and consumption power of semiconductor elements are obtained. Homogeneous factor of material and contact resistance of element give effect to temperature and current distribution, starting characteristics, life and deterioration. If it is homogeneous, the life is very long. According to experiment, the life is about 25×10³ times.
