"深部静脈血栓症は医療現場において重篤な術後合併症として挙げられている。当病棟においてもDVTを発症してしまう患者も少なくない。そこでDVT発症患者の傾向を分析し、DVT予防に関する看護ケアに役立てることを目的に研究し取り組み、DVT発症に関連すると思われる要因を17項目選定し、t-検定で比較検討を行った。その結果DVT発症者は女性に多く、疾患別では変形性膝関節症に多かった。また身長、BMI、術１週間後FDP値、術2週間後FDP値に有意差が認められた。個々の患者のリスク評価を早期にアセスメントし予防対策を実施することが重要であると認識した。",
