[{"subitem_description": "当救命センターでは,新人の成長や課題を確認し次の目標設定を援助するために, 1ケ月毎に振り返り会を実施している。今までの振り返り会では,新人はできないことに焦点を当て,目標設定は指導者が一方的に行っており,効果的な人材育成ができていなかった。今回,グループコーチングを取り入れて振り返り会を実施し,その後アンケート調査を実施した。振り返り会は, ①セットアップ　②承認・フィードバック　③目標設定　④行動計画の立案　の手順で行った。アンケート結果から,新人は振り返り会で自己を肯定的に考えられるようになり,自信に繋げることができていた。また,主体的に目標設定し行動計画を立案したため,目標意識が高まり,日々の業務への取り組みも向上させることができていた。グループコーチングを行ったことにより,お互いの学びを引き出し,相互の気付きを深めることができた。その相互作用は新人に留まらず,
